In order to use the Service, you may be required to provide information about yourself including your name, email address, username and password, and other personal information. You must not impersonate someone else or provide account information or an email address other than your own. Your account must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
LAWFUL PURPOSES
You may use the Site and Service for lawful purposes only. You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only. REFUSAL OF SERVICE
The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so. No order is deemed accepted by us until payment has been processed. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site or Service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.
ORDER and ENROLLMENT CONFIRMATION
By enrolling in any program or ordering any item(s) from our store you agree to our terms and conditions. We will email you to confirm the placement of your order/enrollment and with details concerning product delivery, membership and other services login access. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. Be sure to check your junk or spam folders if you do not receive email confirmation within 24 hours of booking, ordering or enrolling through this site or through our online store.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS, TRANSFERS, CREDITS & PROGRAM/MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Here at the Flora Sage Institute we strive to make our programs, memberships and classes accessible to people from all walks of life with many different lifestyle options. Because of this, during the purchase/enrollment process, we grant our students/participants immediate access to the Institute downloads, complete class link access and access to all class materials. Because of this immediate granting of access to all class/program resources no refunds are given for any program, class or membership at any time. So please be 100% sure before opting to purchase a class, mediation, downloadable product or enrolling in a program, membership or coaching program. If a participant wishes to cancel a membership of a reoccurring nature, it is the participants responsibility to cancel the membership before the annual or monthly membership payment is made. No refunds will be made once payments are made to Flora Sage International LLC. Furthermore, no refunds will be given to any participant that has been expelled from any program. Memberships and program access are valid for one year from date of purchase, in which their membership or program will expire, regardless if the participant actively engaged in the membership or program. If a member chooses to cancel during the trial period, they forfeit the remaining time of their membership and it will be canceled immediately.
In the case where a participant has invested in a program and are unable to attend the current semester, they must notify the FSTI faculty and explain to them what is going on and arrange to attend a future semester of their choosing of the same program with in the next calendar year. Because of the no refund policy, the participant can choose to gift or “sponsor” a student with their invested funds or the credit on hand. If after one full calendar year the credit for the program is not used it will be absorbed into the scholarship fund for incoming students.
In the event a participant chooses to pay for a program using monthly installments, instead of the Pay-in-Full option, and decides to pay off the remaining balance of the monthly payments in one lump sum, there is a $70 admin fee to run your final payment or $135 admin fee to be invoiced via PayPal.
Quantum Bliss Activation and Auric Cord Removal & Light Body Illumination .
These services are delivered in three parts: first part is conducted via phone/text messaging (for any initial questions), the second part of the service is done remotely when Flora performs the energy work, the third portion is when Flora then contacts the purchaser with the results and findings. Clients of this service have 7 days of text access with her for follow up questions after which time the service will expire.
In the event someone has purchased and the Quantum Bliss Activation or Auric Cord Removal & Light Body Illumination service but is unable to use the service, they have 30 days from the date of purchase to request to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given to anyone after the service has been performed by Flora Sage or after 30 days of purchase, regardless if service was performed.
Payment/membership disputes are subject to a non-refundable non-reversible, administrative fee.
There will be a $70, per declined payment, non-refundable non-reversible, administrative fee for invoices sent to a participant due to missed or late payments for any option that involves reoccurring payments. After three days of a missed payment for a membership, the participant will be removed from the program and accompanying social media groups.
In the case where a participant has invested in a program and chooses to “unsubscribe” from the Flora Sage mailing list, the member will no longer receive any emails about the current membership they are enrolled in and their access to the program(s) will be removed. Also to note: if your credit card fails on a monthly membership charge, our automatic system will not be able to email you. In a case of such, there will be a $70, per declined payment, non-refundable non-reversible, admin fee added to your account since we will need to contact you via another system or via phone. Instead of unsubscribing from emails from FloraSage Institute mailing list, please go to our email preference center and update your preferences. In the event a participant “unsubscribes” from the Flora Sage mailing list and wants to reinstate their status in their program, they must resubscribe to the Flora Sage mailing list to gain access, as well as pay a $135 administrative fee for re-enrollment and administrative processing. If the participant has been unsubscribed for longer than 6 months, the participant must re-enroll at the full program price.
In the event a participant is enrolled in several independent programs / offerings in the Flora Sage Institute and one or more payment plans is delinquent, all access to the Flora Sage Institute will be suspended until payments are up to date.
In the event a participant is enrolled in a program and wishes to drop out, they will be removed from the program and the remaining amount owed for the program will be billed to the participant. Any amount left unpaid after 30 days will be sent to collections. If participant has made payment arrangements, the terms of those payment arrangements must be met, or collection attempts will be pursued. If in the event a participant has made payment arrangements and would like to make a lump sum payment to pay off any remaining balance, there will be a $135 dollar administrative fee.
The above polices are in place for any and all programs offered through the FloraSage Institute. Additional requirements, reminders and information is outlined below by program or offer.
30 days notice is required to modify an automatic withdrawal date for any program and will also require the client pay a $70 administrative fee for the date change.
Initial collection attempts will be made via payment method on file, by phone, emails, text messages, phone calls, etc… If those attempts fail we will attempt a final collection via PayPal invoices with an additional $135 administrative fee. Amounts collected will be in smaller increments that the initial payments. These attempts are made to prevent a bad debt mark on the participants credit report. If after all attempts are tried and fail, we will then send over due debt to a collection agency after 30 days and the bad debt will appear on the participants credit report. In the event a participant gets sent to collections and is enrolled in subsequent memberships or courses, they will be removed from all courses / programs, even if up to date with payments, until collection dispute is resolved.
By enrolling in any program, you give permission to Flora Sage International LLC and Flora Sage Institute to sell your account information to a third party collection agency in the event that your account goes into a delinquent status.
15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Participants have 15 days, from the date of enrollment, to see if any self-paced or live program is right for them, excluding private one on one coaching. If, in the case that it’s not, simply submit all homework and completed class materials for the time in the program, along with an explanation about your decision to [email protected]. This must be submitted within 15 days of enrolling, no exceptions. Each submission will be addressed on a case by case basis. In the event a participant purchases a downloadable program, this does not apply. * This guarantee does not apply to discounted programs such as the Intuition 101 Program or Content Creation Course, and any other program that is more than 50% off.
Private Coaching and Mentoring Programs with Flora
Participants choose to pay their investment with Flora Sage International LLC by purchasing a private coaching program to be renewed monthly by the Auto-Pay feature or a one-time payment for the monthly cycle agreed upon when enrolling in the program. Cycle being defined as the number of months the coaching/mentoring program is, normally 30 calendar days. By enrolling in a Private coaching program, Flora reserves the participants place in her coaching schedule for an entire cycle, which includes Zoom or Phone sessions as well as Voxer access for each month a participant is active. Each coaching/program cycle begins at the time the first payment is made. It is the clients responsibility to make and keep appointments with Flora. Failure to make appointments in a timely manner will result in the loss of some of appointments without refund for those missed appointments. It is up to the participant to make their appointments at the times that work for them, based on the availability within the cycle. If the participant needs to reschedule a previously scheduled call, please give Flora at least 48 hours’ notice, by logging into the Appointment Scheduler and rebooking a new appointment as well as canceling the appointment that needs to be rescheduled. If the participant has an emergency (illness) Flora is flexible with them and will work around it, otherwise a missed call(s) cannot be made up. No refunds are given for any reason or at any time because a participant failed to utilize the available ways of communication with Flora. If a client does not call within 5 min of their appointment time, they are considered a “no show” for that session.
Participants will have access to Flora’s appointment line phone number, and Voxer for the program for each cycle their Coaching/Mentoring is renewed. Once a participant chooses to end their coaching contract/cycle private access with Flora will end.
Individual Classes, Programs, Meditations, and ebooks:
Participants will pay their investment with FSTI by purchasing individual classes, programs, meditations, ebooks, etc, through a single payment feature or payment plan. Participants will receive an email with download access information at that time.
Participants will have access to the download page until they choose to unsubscribe from the Flora Sage International LLC mailing list, or their subscription (if in conjunction with a membership) duration expires.
Access to each individual class, program, meditation, etc, will be good for 12 calendar months, at which time access to said purchase will expire. If the participant wishes to continue to access said purchase, they will need to purchase the product again. We do not offer “Lifetime” memberships or access at this time.
Mastermind Mafia Membership:
Participants choose to pay their investment with FSTI by purchasing a Membership by selecting their preferred payment plan. Once the full payment has been completed, by either the pay in full or payment plans, participants can stay for a monthly fee. If a participant “Cancels” a membership subscription the participant will immediately be removed from the FSTI Institute and all Private Facebook groups associated with said program. All memberships not paid in full in the agreed upon payment schedule will be sent to collections after 30 days.
Participants will have access to their membership for each month their subscription is renewed. Once participant chooses to cancel their membership, at which time their membership will end immediately.
If a participant has enrolled in the “Founding Member” program, they will have access to the program content through the member portal, so long as the program is offered.
The 1° Shift Tribe Membership:
Participants choose to pay their investment with FSTI by purchasing a Membership by selecting their preferred payment plan and level of membership. If a participant “Cancels” a membership subscription the participant will immediately be removed from the FSTI Institute and all Private Facebook groups associated with said program and will be unable to join again for six full months.
Participants will have access to their membership for each month their subscription is renewed. Once participant chooses to cancel their membership, at which time their membership will end immediately.
If a participant has enrolled in the “Founding Member” program, they will have access to the program content through the member portal, so long as the program is offered.
Participants in the Psychic Development Certification & Non-Certification ~ Self-paced & Live program:
Participants can choose to pay their investment with FSTI in through the one-time payment or reoccurring auto-pay feature.
Participants agree and acknowledge that upon submitting their 1st payment they commit to completing the course, in payment and action, and will be given all access codes and download links for the entire course. Because of being given all access codes this will result in a no-refund policy for this program. A $70 administrative charge will be added for each ”skipped payment” or suspended accounts due to multiple failed attempts for any account without the necessary funds. This will be billed separately via invoice.
If a student “Cancels” a membership subscription before the billing / payment cycle is complete the student will immediately be removed from the FloraSage Institute and all Private Facebook groups associated with said programs and the remaining amount due will be sent to collections.
Students are provided one free copy of their certification for each program they complete. For additional copies of their certificate will result in a fee of $35 per additional certificate. Digital certificates are $15 per transaction.
Participants will have access to the program for 12 calendar months at which time their access will be removed. If a participant does not compete the requirements for the certification within the 12 month timeframe, and wishes to become certified after the 12 month period, the participant will need to re-enroll in order to fulfill the certification requirements.
Retreats with Flora
Participants will pay their investment with FSTI by purchasing admission into the Retreat through the Auto-Pay feature by clicking the store option of their choosing. Participants will receive an email with detailed retreat information at that time. Payment guarantees participation in the Retreat selected by participant at the named venue and date/time listed.
In the case a participant is unable to attend, they will be issued a credit to attend any retreat with Flora within the next calendar year (12 months) from the date of notification.
In the event a participant wishes to cancel their enrollment for the Retreat selected: There is a $200.00 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to cover administrative costs, regardless of when cancellation is made. From 60 to 45 days, from day of event, there is a $300 cancellation fee. No refunds are given less than 30 days before retreat date.
In the case that the retreat does not enroll the minimum number of participants within 30 – 14 days prior to the event date, Flora Sage International LLC reserves the right to reschedule / postpone the retreat to a later date. In which case the participants will be notified via email. Participants are encouraged to make travel arrangements after the 30 day deadline. Flora Sage International LLC is not responsible for moneys lost due to rescheduled or postponed retreats. Refunds for such occurrences will be handled on a case by case basis.
FSTI Credits
Participants who make a financial investment towards a program, class, retreat or any other offering offered from Flora Sage International LLC and chooses to withdraw, drop out or choose not to participate in the originally intended offering, will be offer a “Credit”. The participant will then have 12 months from the date of notification to the FSTI staff to use the credit. After 12 months the credit is no longer valid at the institute for that participant and will be absorbed by the FSTI scholarship fund for use towards scholarships to various programs in which offer scholarships.
PROGRAM / MEMBERSHIP CONTENT
Flora Sage International LLC reserves the right to update, modify, reduce or expand any program and membership content at anytime in the Flora Sage Institute without prior notice.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
We endeavor to describe and display the Service as accurately as possible. While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
MATERIAL YOU SUBMIT TO THE SITE
You shall not upload, post or otherwise make available on the Site any artwork, photos, or other materials (collectively “Materials”) protected by copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right without the express written permission of the owner of the copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, and the burden of determining that any Materials are not so protected rests entirely with you. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you supply to Flora Sage International LLC. You retain copyright and any other rights you may rightfully hold in any content that you submit through the Site or Service. Content you submit to Flora Sage International LLC remains yours to the extent that you have any legal claims therein. You agree to hold Flora Sage International LLC harmless from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses arising out of any potential or actual copyright or trademark misappropriation or infringement claimed against you. By posting material on the Site, you grant us a worldwide, nonexclusive, irrevocable license to use the material for promotional, business development, and marketing purposes.
OUR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Site and Service contain intellectual property owned by Flora Sage International LLC including trademarks, copyrights, proprietary information, and other intellectual property. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, reproduce or perform, or in any way exploit in any format whatsoever any of the Site or Service

CHANGED TERMS
We may at any time amend these Terms and Conditions. Such amendments are effective immediately upon notice to you by us posting the new Terms and Conditions on this Site. Any use of the Site or Service by you after being notified means you accept these amendments. We reserve the right to update any portion of our Site and Service, including these Terms and Conditions, at any time. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

INDEMNIFICATION
You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, settlements, liabilities, costs, charges, assessments, and expenses, as well as third party claims and causes of action, including, without limitation, attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of any of these Terms and Conditions, or any use by you of the Site or Service. You shall provide us with such assistance, without charge, as we may request in connection with any such defense, including, without limitation, providing us with such information, documents, records, and reasonable access to you, as we deem necessary. You shall not settle any third party claim or waive any defense without our prior written consent.
EFFECT OF HEADINGS
The subject headings of the paragraphs and subparagraphs of this Agreement are included for convenience only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of any of its provisions.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT; WAIVER
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Flora Sage International LLC pertaining to the Site and Service and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings between us. No waiver of any of the provisions of this Agreement by Flora Sage International LLC shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by Flora Sage International LLC.
NOTICES
All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and properly addressed as follows:
GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; MEDIATION
This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with, and governed by, the laws of the State of Arizona as applied to contracts that are executed and performed entirely in Arizona. The exclusive venue for any arbitration or court proceeding based on or arising out of this Agreement shall be Maricopa County, Arizona. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement by mediation, which shall be conducted under the then current mediation procedures of The CPR Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution3 or any other procedure upon which the parties may agree. The parties further agree that their respective good faith participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available legal or equitable remedy, including litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution procedures.
RECOVERY OF LITIGATION EXPENSES
If any legal action or any arbitration or other proceeding is brought for the enforcement of this Agreement, or because of an alleged dispute, breach, default, or misrepresentation in connection with any of the provisions of this Agreement, the successful or prevailing party or parties shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and other costs incurred in that action or proceeding, in addition to any other relief to which it or they may be entitled.
SEVERABILITY
If any term, provision, covenant, or condition of this Agreement is held by an arbitrator or court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect and shall in no way be affected, impaired, or invalidated.
ASSIGNMENT
These Terms and Conditions bind and inure to the benefit of the parties’ successors and assigns. These Terms and Conditions are not assignable, delegable, sublicenseable, or otherwise transferable by you. Any transfer, assignment, delegation, or sublicense by you is invalid.

Enrollment at the FloraSage Therapies Institute [FSTI] and Flora Sage International LLC for any and all programs and classes means you have reviewed and agree to the following Enrollment Policies & Procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
There are currently no governing bodies, organizations or agencies that standardize certifications for Professional Certified Ethical Psychics or Spiritual Empowerment Coaches. Many states, however, require people who perform Psychic readings be an Ordained Minister. Participants of the Level 1 program do, in fact, obtain their Ordination through the Universal Life Church and Monastery. Flora Sage Therapies Institute members and staff have dedicated countless hours to creating programs that teach the highest of Ethical standards and programs rich in real world applications and content relevant for the Professional Ethical Psychic and Spiritual Empowerment Coaching industry and niche. The FloraSage Therapies Institute is a pioneer in teaching Ethical standards and practices in both the Professional Psychic and Spiritual Empowerment Coaching fields. The FloraSage Therapies Institute certification programs is accredited through the World Metaphysical Association, giving the FloraSage Therapies Institute the legitimacy and authority to administer a Certification program.
PURPOSE OF EARNING A CERTIFICATION
The FloraSage Therapies Institute is a pioneer in Ethics training in the fields of Professional Psychic Development and Spiritual Empowerment Coaching. The purpose of a Certification through the FloraSage Therapies Institute is to provide a solid and ethical framework for new as well as current psychics to obtain a well rounded, solid and proven foundation for an ethical framework in which to conduct professional psychic readings as well as Spiritual Empowerment Coaching. At the Institute we believe everyone has the gift of Intuition, however, not everyone knows how to put pieces of psychic information together in a fluid way. This training gives participants the platform in which to test out, practice and become proficient in using their natural psychic and coaching abilities in a highly ethical, highly fluid and confident way. The staff and faculty at the FloraSage Therapies Institute are committed to excellence in the fields taught and strive to keep the content current, useable and highly ethical. We hold our students to the highest of standards and only students who achieve those standards receive their certification through the Institute.
In committing to a certification program, this allows the potential client to see that the professional they are working with has put forth extra time, effort and energy in becoming proficient in his or her craft. Opening up and being willing to learn new skills and fine tune current ones. Continued professional development, in any field, shows that professional is committed to providing the highest level of service for their clients in the psychic arts and spiritual empowerment coaching fields.
CERTIFICATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
In order for an individual to earn a certification through the FloraSage Therapies Institute as a Certified Ethical Intuitive Consultant, Certified Ethical Psychic or Spiritual Empowerment Coach, he or she must complete the set forth graduation requirements for each program in a satisfactory manner as well as commit to the FSTI Code of Ethics:
Certified Ethical Intuitive Consultant, Certified Ethical Psychic Program Students must complete the following:
Sign and Submit the FSTI Code of Ethics & Official Registration Form
Attend Ethics and Boundaries Training
Attend and/or listen to all class segments in the course [Ten total] Turn in all assignments outlined in each class segment [To be turned in via email] Complete Interfaith Ordination form at the following link before conducting any reading for others: http://www.themonastery.org/ordination-form
Complete a minimum six(6) practice readings
Complete the certification process which consists of:
a. One(1) thirty(30) minute reading for Flora Peterson Sage
b. Up to three(3) thirty(30) minute readings for a client that will be arranged for you by Flora or FSTI Faculty Liaison for that class
c. Complete interview questions for your CEIC/CEP web page listing and submit to the FSTI Faculty Liaison assigned to that student
Complete financial payments for program
FloraSage Institute prides its self in being a pioneer in the field of Ethical training and the highest of standards set forth by its faculty members. If a participant fails to meet the standards they will not obtain their certificate or credentials.
If the participant drops out of a class segment or semester and wishes to continue on with the course at a later date, that student will be assigned to the next semesters roster at a nominal administrative fee and complete that semesters class requirements in its entirety. Work previously submitted will not be counted.
Upon completing the Level 1 program the participant will receive a certificate suitable for framing. They will then be added to the FSTI Alumni Directory and the Alumni Association. They will also be able to apply for optional membership or accreditation with the World Metaphysical Association as a Certified Ethical Intuitive Consultant and Certified Ethical Psychic. They will also be able to use the letters CEIC and/or CEP after their name which denotes graduation of the high standards put forth by the FloraSage Therapies Institute.
Any certifications earned at the FloraSage Therapies Institute may or may not be recognized by other schools, institutes, academies or academic institutions.
CODE OF ETHICS, GROUNDS FOR REMOVAL OR EXPULSION FROM THE INSTITUTE
Each participant in the Professional Certified Ethical Psychic or Spiritual Empowerment Coaching programs agrees and commits to the FloraSage Therapies Institute Code of Ethics for each level of development.
These Code of Ethics are taken very seriously and it is imperative that every participant abide by them and continue to do so while representing the FloraSage Therapies Institute as a certified member of the Institute. Although the FSTI faculty and staff have no control over the participants outside of the programs, participants are held to the highest of standards and asked to remain to the truest integrity to the Code of Ethics that they agree to. Any violations of the Code of Ethics will not be tolerated. All claims of Code of Ethics violations will be investigated and if proven, said violation(s) will result in an immediate and complete removal from the current program(s), listing of Alumni name on the FSTI and FloraSage.com website, removal from the Private FaceBook group for Alumni and stripped of all privileges of being a FSTI Graduate and Alumni.
